Hi Everyone! I'm Kristin and I am a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. During the day you can find me working a 9-5 in banking, but on my time off I dedicate my passion to all things wellness. I've started this blog as a place for you the viewer to come visit and fid helpful information as it relates to fitness, nutrition, and how to live your best and healthiest life. My goal is to deep dive into common topics my clients often ask me about and put those into blog posts out to YOU, so that you can take away some of the valuable information I've learned and shared with my clients.
